I bought this to convert my old 68 C-10's drum brakes to disc brakes and everything bolted on fine but when it came to putting the calipers on they would not fit over the rotors with the brake pads in the calipers. And after waiting for over an hour on customer service line I decided to just hang up and use a grinder to grind about an 1/8" off every brake pad so that it would fit over the rotor.
