Speedway Motors 55020470 Details

If you are running a car with leaf springs on the back you had better have a set of these. By installing these 28" traction bars on your car you will help eliminate wheel hop and increase traction. 

Includes U-bolts, snubbers and hardware.  Traction bars are non-polished flash chrome finished.

  • U-Bolts included in the kit are 3/8" Diameter with a 3-1/2" Center to Center. 
  • Engineered to fit a 2.50" leaf spring width. 
  • Replacement traction bar rubber snubbers, 5501608

Looked like the surface was finished with a 40 grit grinding disk before a very thin flash of chrome was applied. I will be returning this product. Not impressed in any way with it. Would not recommend it if looks matter to you. Will do the job but won't add to the appearance of the car at all.

I have relatively short leaf springs in the rear (42 Willys Jeep MB) and am trying to control wheelhop... they measure only 20" from the front of the rear axle to the front leaf mounting point. Will these work or will they be to long?
