It worked good after giving it some thought on how it was supposed to work and drilled a couple of holes and got some rubber strips in between the two pieces of steel on top and bottom. I wish I would've put a fuel gauge in it but I guess I can always take it out sometime and do that

I modified this bracket set by adding 4.5 inches in height to mount a 22 gallon RCI tank. Good system, but it ain't painted yellow and fully drilled when you open the box. Not sure why the top straps weren't drilled.....not like you can alter where the holes have to be.
