Just what I wanted.
I used the mounts on the fenders of my 31 A. Heated them up, bent them a bit, repainted and now I have custom mounts that not only look great but are one of a kind and functional. Very solid and there is no vibration. That's hot rodding.

Modification required
The part looks good, like folks made back in the day using parts of original headlight bars. But the mounting base was not flat, and they rocked from side to side on a flat surface. I had to grind them flat. The headlight cups were not parallel with the mounting base, so I had to heat and bend the arms to keep headlights from being cockeyed. Then blast and repaint. After all that, they work fine.
