Polished billet aluminum pop-up flush mount gas cap is 2-1/2" O.D., 1.600" tall, and works with a 1-1/2" hose.
- Can be left popped up or flush down against the body
- Works with 1-1/2" filler neck hose
- Non-vented cap design - gas tank vent is recommended
The Pop-Up gas cap, 910-12521, does not have a vent hole. Some air might get past the threads that hold the cap on, but there is no dedicated venting passage.

Excellent design, average execution
The design is great, although you might need sticky fingers in order to get the button to rotate, thereby getting the cap open. My gripe is with the sub-par machining on the threads. Be prepared to knock some of the edge off the threads and add some wax as a lubricant in order for proper use. For $100+, this shouldn't be necessary. It would also be a nice touch to have an o-ring at the seal. The cap is non-vented.

Could have been made better picture should be updated to show the actual cap. The steel roll pin on the cap cuts into the aluminum cap so I don't see it lasting long.

Cap looks great...it has a twist to pop up and unscrew from base assembly. Tube size for fitting was a bit smaller than expected but I will make it work...it may give me better mounting placement being smaller...

The center has to be pushed in and turned to allow the cap to pop up, then it can be unscrewed. Reverse the process to close just as difficult.
