Customers appreciate the product for its easy installation, perfect fit, and high-quality built. The product replaced old, problematic components, improving performance notably in areas like preventing fuel and fume leakage. Some users found it useful for home fabricated projects and in custom builds. It is highly recommended for its practicality and affordability compared to other options. Instances of defects and issues with the cap are rare, and most customers experience a consistently positive outcome. It stands out as an outstanding choice for fuel cells, in particular, thanks to its great fitting and usability.

Awesome easy fix.
I have a Chevy Kodiak pick up with a 100 gal tank in the bed. I also have a tonneau cover on it which made the original cap inaccessible. This great looking, tightly sealing, easy to use cap fixed all my problems. I'd definitely recommend this if you need one.

Like the product, but it's hit and miss.
I ordered a complete 3gal tank and cap two years ago for my sons dwarf car. From the get go the cap was difficult to get on and off. It finally got to the point that I basically had to destroy it to get it off. I ordered a new cap and it works great! I've got the same items in my dwarf car and have never had a problem. I like the product, the one before must have been defective. I guess it's just hit and miss!

It says that the cap is vented, is it vented one way so fumes don't get back into the car if tank is placed in the trunk or will the fumes escape from the top of the cap?
