Very good quality part, I would buy it again.
Unfortunately I didn't use the collar on this project, because the overall diameter with the screws installed exceeded the 1 1/2 " steering column hole. It will get used later on a different project. It's a very good part

does not work at all.
The bolts are barely long enough before you put it on the shaft. It measures 5/8 ID I know it has to clamp, but with the supplied bolts as soon as you put the collar on a 3/4 shaft the bolt goes about one thread into the collar. I dont think the other reviews are real, or they did the review before trying to use the part. There is no way this part will ever work as designed.

sadly these are still shipping with the wrong hardware.... the allen head bolts are to short to even work.... the collar itself looks like it will do the job!
