These ball joint use a 1973-95 GM Truck taper, but they have a longer (taller) stud than the stock GM part. The taller stud changes the pivot point due to its length, which in turn raises the cars roll center. Very common ball joint on IMCA Modifieds.
These are NOT a direct fit in the stock pickup A-frames.

Good price, will see how they hold up. The two ball joints were slightly different, probably from two different suppliers. Rubber boots differed and one didn't sit squarely in a-arm. Minor beveling of a-arm fixed it. Both had same dimensions otherwise.

i also want to raise my upper ball joint pivot on a second gen Camaro,Will these fit the mounting hole in your Camaro A arms or a stock upper arm (if they do i still have to ream larger for these or to 7deg for the earlier truck style joint but now i may have a larger choice or a more affordable choice

How much "taller" is this ball joint than its stock version? Also will this ball joint require me to ream my 2nd gen fbody spindles even though they are already at a 10° angle? will these ball joints bolt into your tubular control arms part #91034397 it says to use a k6024 ball joint with a 7° tapper. I want a longer ball joint shank to increase my negative camber gain. Thanks.
