What is the major diameter of the pinion shaft spline for the Ford model A open drive conversion?

Has anyone checked their operating temperature of a model A rear axle converted to an open driveline? My recent conversion runs at 180 degrees at 60 mph on a 70 degree day. The temperature was never recorded in stock form (and it did not travel as fast) but I do not recall it ever being hot to the touch after use.

HOW DOES THE SPEEDO CABLE ATTACH WITH THIS KIT? MY T-5 HAS A SPEED SENSOR OUTPUT, NOT A SPEEDO CABLE. DOES YOUR KIT HAVE THE ABILITY TO MOUNT THE ORIGINAL SPEEDO GEAR AT THE DIFFERENTIAL? IF WE HAVE ENOUGH REAL ESTATE ON THE PINION SHAFT, IT COULD BE ADDED, EH? WHAT ARE YOUR OPTIONS OR SUGGESTIONS?
