My late 350 has the valve covers bolts on top. The block has two (each side) 1/4-20 taped domes in the casting. I straightened the mounting tabs and secured to the block with 1/4 inch spacers. Works great and looks great, too. This is really a great product to work on any engine.

Weak Plastic Holders
Two of the black plastic wire holders broke in half as we were installing the wires in the dividers. I understand that the material needs to be somewhat thin at the end to allow the holders to open but there isn't enough material to keep them from tearing.
