Positions alternator just above the intake, between passenger side valve cover and water outlet. Designed to mount GM "Delco" alternators on S/B Chevy V8 using '55-'68 short style water pumps.

Notes

Using a straight edge or square is helpful in ensuring you’ve properly shimmed the bracket.   Belt/pulley misalignment may cause premature wear and tear on belts and in some circumstances cause a belt to be thrown off track.
