This kit will allow you to use your OEM 3-speed dual gate shifter with either a stock style 3-speed automatic or a new 4-speed overdrive transmission. We provide a lever for the transmission that provides the shifter the proper throw for whatever transmission your using. 4-speed kits move the gears closer together to allow the extra gear to fit into the gated space available. As a result, overdrive will be in the swing position where neutral was before (view diagram below). To help fine-tune your resulting gear positions, we include our adjustable shift cable to perfectly dial in your shifter.

*Note: The overdrive conversion puts overdrive in the neutral position. Low, second, and drive are located normally.
