Product works great .Thought the price was a little high.

Using your products on a frame of a T Bucket that was custom made and a little short. So I had to make upper shock supports.I can't afford keep trying your products and hoping they work. That does not mean I will not buy any more of your stuff. I wish you guys had a warehouse out here in Calif. It would sure make it easier on guys building a hot rods here on the west coast.

Very soft stainless steel

Make sure you have them where you want them the first time. I had to flip them on my 23 T-Bucket and once the nylon lock nuts are tightened down it won't com off. I twisted 3 of the 4 studs off trying to remove the nuts without much force. Now they are useless to me and I can't send them back because I broke them. Just a word of caution. They did look nice though. :)

On a 30 roadster with a small v8, would you recommend using a steel one of these to mount a panhard bar? (split wishbones, superslide spring, 4 " drop axle, 910-28361 adapter and 36" Ford wire wheels, 913-3948 brake kit, 910-33047 spring perch with 910-36105 shock mount - shocks to front, panhard bar in rear with fabricated frame mount)

Looks like these would work for me,except one point that bothers me. Seems like the 2 fastening nuts on each shackle would be close to the axle with the shock-stud aimed to the rear of the car. I've had a 4" dropped Speedway Motors axle since 1987 with regular shackles which are placed with the flat-heads toward the axle & fastening nuts to the rear. If I reverse this, I get very little clearance between the shackle plate & axle. How much clearance will I have with these?
