Includes new GM calipers loaded with pads, GM rotors, flex hoses and brackets, caliper brackets and spacers, bracket hardware, emergency brake cables, and instructions. Fits 10 & 12 Bolts without staggered shocks.

This kit was a was bolt on rear disc conversion. I used it on my '67 Camaro axle under a '52 Pontiac Chieftain Catalina. You have to watch the Rightstuff video instructions before installation. This is even said on the paper instructions in the kit (which are worthless). Watch the video. Kit has nice hardware and would recommend.
