I received a defective "new" Richmond Super T10. Speedway gets 5 stars and their customer service is top notch (thanks again Jen) and Richmond gets 1 star because 0 is not an option. Avoid this transmission and Richmond.

I received a Richmond Super T-10 with the 2.88 first gear ratio and it was defective straight out of the box. The transmission had to be returned to Richmond as required by both Richmond and Speedway. 5 weeks after initially ordering the transmission from Speedway, I contact Richmond and they tell me it was repaired and will be shipped back to me. I'm working with Speedway to get a refund for two reasons, 1. I needed a transmission when I ordered it and ended up rebuilding my own because I had no idea how long the car would be down waiting on Richmond to make things right. I'm now in the process of getting a refund for the defective transmission from Speedway. 2. I'm concerned it I did receive the defective transmission back to me and it's still defective, I'm worried about the mess would I endure the second time around. It has been a terrible experience for me.
