Surprisingly durable

I use these in the front end of my 46 ford and after ten years of being on the road I noticed one was missing the flare/ hat brim of the bushing. So I pulled it all apart and was shocked to find most of the were in very very good shape. Or or two took a beating most likely from taking it apart a few times over the years or general wear. I really expected them to be dust when I took everything apart. So For the price I figured I'd buy a whole new set and be good for at least another ten years. Good stuff.

I suppose these would work great for their intended application however I am using them to isolate my tilt front end on a 57 Chevy truck. I have fabricated my hinges to support using these bushings.
