This all-new Coil Spring Leveling Kit (PN 46-19120) is engineered to fit 2019-2023 Ram 2500/3500 HD 4WD diesel trucks. The 46-19120 is designed for customers seeking to retain the factory shock performance, ride, and handling. A front coil spring leveling kit is the ideal solution for level-lifting the front of your truck. The coil spring system allows for increased tire sizes and widths along with providing improved ground clearance and a more commanding view of the road all while reducing rake when lightly loaded.
