Universal seat mounts for ProCar's lowback vinyl seat # 910-1400. These 'universal fit' bases can be cut/redrilled/modified to make it fit many applications. They are approximately 2" tall and have a footprint of 15-5/8" front to back and 19" from side to side.
LH and RH sides included in this kit.

I purchased the ProCar lowback seat kit and now I am looking at the universal mounts for them. I can see where the brackets mount to the floor but I can't see if there are the mounting holes for the seat attached to the brackets? Are they already attached to the bracket or do they need to be welded? Thank you.
