I had to weld 2 side height adjustment panels onto the frame to make it the correct height for my truck but the overall quality was very good. Very heavy duty metal.

After studying how seat glides attach to seat with M8-1.25 bolts and then how to mount universal seat mounts attached with unsubplied M8-1.25 x 20 bolts with lock washers. It was all good.

Universal Means Must Modify!

Be careful regarding the term 'Universal'! In my case it means extensive modification required. It fits great to the seat, but not so good to the car. I will have to do quite a bit of modifying to install these in a '35 Ford Tudor sedan. The descripter on the box said they were designed for a BMW 3-series. That also means the tapped screw holes in the frame are Metric thread, which was not indicated anywhere either. The frames are well constructed of good materials, but be prepared to have to 'fit' them to the car unless it is a BMW.
