Customers highlight the product's quality and practicality. Many specifically note that the shocks fit well and improve ride quality in their vehicles. Compliments have been given on how great the shocks look on vintage cars, such as a '32 Roadster and '39 Chevy. Although there was a complaint about one shock leaking oil, users appreciate that it gets rectified quickly and stress that this issue does not reflect the overall product's performance. It's described as a show-quality piece that provides solid control, boosts ride comfort and enhances the vehicle's appearance. It outshines competitors, especially in a highly visible area.

Great Looks and smooth ride
Replaced my shocks with these new ones from Speedway. Really adds the final touch on my 23 T Bucket. Besides the show quality look, the ride is great as well. I put the ten and a half's on the front. Couldn't be more pleased.

I did...
Leaked all the oil out in the last 6 months, only driven by my 88 yr. old father, I think 8,000 miles is a poor life for a shock that costs this much.

These are quality shocks... ...great appearance and function. Unfortunately one of the two I ordered arrived DOA, leaking badly once installed. For convenience, I chose to order a replacement and return the bad one for refund. My account was credited within a few hours of Speedway receiving the return. The replacement was fine and I ordered a couple of M500 shocks for the rear of the roadster. The bad news was that I paid shipping both ways for the exchange, but it was my choice to expedite and simplify the process. Great product and great service by Speedway.

I plan on using these shocks on rear of my T-Bucket. Lower mounts are installed, but I'll need weld-on mounts for the top in design such as the Afco 20137s. Will they work, or do you recommend something else?
