Just what I needed for my '32 Ford Roadster
Nicely finished shocks. Replaced a set of shocks that were bottoming out on the front end of my '32. Now I've got at least 1/2" of shaft above the shock's included rubber "tell tale" after using them over a variety of road conditions. Plus, the ride was significantly improved with these shocks over the shocks they replaced. Very satisfied with these shocks and would highly recommend them.

I bought these shocks for my '36 Ford Coupe. It has parallel leaf springs that were sagging and bottoming out and broke the shocks I had on. I brought them to Danbury Spring in Ct. to get them re-arched. They did a fantastic job and I needed new shocks with a little longer travel. They work great, and it feels real good to have a working suspension again.

on your sm401 shock I need the large end (shock body) hole dia of 0.625 and on the plunger end a hole dia of 0.435. Can you sleeve the .500 sleeve down to 0.435.
