This Posies Super Slide transverse rear leaf spring features a domed pocket at the end of each spring leaf which houses a moly-nylon button. The buttons reduce friction between the spring leaves resulting in a smooth, comfortable ride. This spring is computer designed to offer a lowered stance while maintaining proper load capacities.

I used this in my '39 Ford 1/2 ton to replace the collapsed 11 leaf spring. I had to order the rear drop spring otherwise the rear of the truck was about 6-9 inches too high. I paired the leaf springs with Posies front and rear shock kits. The stance came out perfect. The ride is still a bit stiff but oh so much better.

Had a brand new Posie stock height spring in it. Reverse eye didn't lower it at all. Same shackles. Looks like it should have before installing. Nice spring just didn't lower.

Decent product, nice ride, however didn't provide as much drop as advertised. Claimed to offer a 2 1/2" drop over the stock spring, but only amounted to about 1" on my car. Could be due to the fact the original spring is 78 years old and may have sagged over time. Had to use longer shackles to achieve the ride height I was looking for. Thought it was a bit pricey, but seems like a good product.
