Performance Design LS1 Carbon Intake Manifold and Fuel Rail Kit

The Performance Design LS1 Carbon Intake Manifold and Fuel Rail Kit (91607117) is a tunnel ram–style intake package engineered for cathedral-port LS engines (LS1/LS2/LS6 and related variants). It blends a glass-reinforced nylon lower with a carbon fiber upper plenum, delivering a lightweight, heat-resistant setup that helps keep intake temps down and airflow up—without the bulk and heat soak common to aluminum tunnel rams. The lower runner pack also hides ports and sensors down in the valley for a cleaner, more “built” look on hot rod and race applications.

The big advantage is configurability: the modular velocity stack system allows runner lengths from 6.5" to 9", giving you real control over the power curve. Run shorter stacks when you’re chasing high-RPM horsepower, go longer for a torque-friendly mid-range, or mix lengths to help smooth the curve. This version also supports a wide range of throttle bodies with a 105mm forward-facing flange that accepts 90–105mm throttle bodies. It’s built for serious boosted combos too, with testing to over 50 psi, plus integrated provisions for nitrous and multiple injector configurations.
