Performance Design Carbon LS7 Intake Manifold and Fuel Rail Kit

The Performance Design Carbon LS7 Intake Manifold and Fuel Rail Kit (91607119) is a lightweight, high-performance tunnel ram–style intake package built to help LS3/LS7 rectangular-port combos make more power while keeping heat soak down. It pairs a glass-filled nylon lower runner pack with a carbon fiber upper plenum, giving you a strong, heat-resistant setup that’s significantly lighter than typical aluminum tunnel ram manifolds. The result is a configurable intake solution that can be tuned to your exact build—cam, heads, exhaust, and RPM range—rather than a one-size-fits-all manifold.

A standout feature is the modular velocity stack system, which lets you change runner length (6.5"–9") to shape the power curve: shorter runners for higher-RPM drag-style power, longer runners for stronger mid-range torque, and even mixed lengths to help smooth the torque curve. The plenum supports big airflow with a 105mm forward-facing throttle body flange (accepts 102–105mm throttle bodies), multiple sensor and accessory ports, and it’s tested for serious boosted use—over 50 psi.
