Customers highly recommend Penn Grade oil for its excellent quality and practicality. The oil is frequently praised for its great viscosity, making it ideal for both traditionally-fueled and alcohol-fueled racing engines. Users note that it delivers smooth engine run and adds a protective layer on engine components, even when the engine sat idle for long periods. The oil is particularly acclaimed for performing well in high horsepower and high RPM engines. Notably, the oil maintains pressure when hot, a feature that sets it apart from synthetic oils. Users, particularly of vintage and high-performance racing cars, appreciate that it does not break down or cause excessive temperatures, thereby ensuring engine longevity.
