AMF 508-519 Fire Light
Choose "flat" or "pedestal" mount.
Pedestal mount is constant on light and uses two AA batteries. Flat mount has an intermittent flasher light.

It's advertised as having chrome base and with $55+ cost, I was disappointed when it arrived and I found it to be all plastic. At best this is a $15 item. Holes in base are too small to be used; fear it will crack if larger holes are drilled into plastic base.
