The PEM FS8831 is a 31-spline spool for the Ford 8.8" rear end that replaces the factory carrier assembly with a solid, locked-together drive setup. Unlike a differential, a spool ties both axles together full-time, delivering maximum traction and consistent power transfer.
It’s best suited for drag racing and off-road/4x4 builds where strength and straight-line bite matter most. This spool requires C-clip eliminators.
