• This valve guide tool works similar to a crowbar to pry the valve guide down against the valve spring allowing access to the valve guide retainer
• Once the valve guide retainer is removed the valve guide can be pushed up out of the block using this tool as well
• Works on all flathead Ford engines - 4, 6, and 8 cylinders
