OER NC74792223 68-79 Nova 2 Silver Carpet w/Mass Backing

Manufactured using original type 100% Nylon cut pile carpet material, each carpet set is produced to fit your floor pan exactly and is manufactured in two sections (front and rear), just like the original carpet.

Includes:

• Mass backing *
• Color-matched binding attached to the rear edge of the front carpet
• A color-keyed heel pad already dielectrically heat sealed onto the carpet
• Original style 36 oz. jute padding atta ched to the underside of the carpet
• Dimmer switch hole grommet

* What Exactly is Mass Backing? As part of the manufacturing process, a special latex coating is thermo-bonded to the back of the ca rpet to substantially increase the insulating and sound deadening properties of the basic carpet set. Then a 36 oz. jute padding is attached to the underside of the carpet.

Important: Due to variations in factory interior options (such as bucket seats, bench seat, floor shift...etc.), we do not pre-cut any openings in the carpet. Minor trimming may be required for proper fit.

Application Notes: Originally, 1968-73 models were equipped with loo p carpet and 1974-79 models were equipped with cut pile carpet. The floor pan configuration is the same from 1968-79.
