Why go with tubular control arms? The most obvious reason is the looks. Tubular control arms and strut rods give your hot rod a much cleaner and hi-tech appearance than the stock type do. Another bonus is that the tubular control arms are available in 5/8" narrower than stock, which helps tuck the wheels up under the fenders without having to buy expensive special offset wheel. When using 5/8" narrower control arms, 1 " must be removed from each inner tie rod end. Why go with tubular control arms? The most obvious reason is the looks. This kit is a good product with good welds but both the 5/8" bolts and 1/2" bolts to mount the control arms and coil overs are bent and will have to be replaced.

These were a great fit to replace factory Ford Mustang II 1978 factory suspension. Camber was easy to adjust. Caster adjustment requires bushing modification per Speedway tech support. Alignment adjustment documentation would have helped and made this a 5 star experience.
