Perfect for bodies and interior use. Multi-grip pop rivets were specifically made for imperfect applications. If you have 2-4 layers of sheet metal to rivet together, no problem. Are the holes egg shaped from repeated use? These rivets will expand and fill oversized, odd and multi-layer holes.

Overall Assessment

Speedways rivets consistently impress customers with their durability, strength, and superior performance. They're popular among hobbyists and racers, fitting perfectly in worn-out holes and maintaining strong grip even in vigorous applications. Though some customers found the hand rivet-demanding strong hand strength, their exceptional performance justified the effort. Customers appreciate their own backup washer feature, making them super practical. Some users wished for longer variations, while an isolated review reported lower than expected hold. In contrast, multiple users endorsed these rivets as undoubtedly the best, outperforming even pricier counterparts. Despite these qualities, beginners should note that it's a box of 250. Customers routinely stated they'd repurchase, indicating firm approval.

Best rivets ever

These are the best rivets I've ever used. I've bought a few boxes now and all of them have clamped tight and the shank broke off perfectly on every rivet not one left those hard to drill out pieces of shank in the head of the river and I use a hand riveter.

I use multigrip rivets exclusively. They hold better without loosening and leave a more attractive finish on the opposite side.

I see they recommend using a powered rivet tool. Has any customer tried these with a hand riveter and can tell us whether the recommendation for powered use is based on difficulty of the pull or just hand fatigue?

What is the length from the "inside" of the large flange end to the end where it meets the rounded end of the nail? I would also be curious as the same measurement on your standard 3/16 large head rivit #910-04-plain.
