Stuff works great. Mix it up in a spray bottle, sprayed it on. Let it dry and hit the track. Hose the mud right off, no pressure washer needed.

Just does not work if diluted as suggested. the film left after drying is not adequate for surfaces that are not "shiny/slick" already. I found if I diluted it at closer to 5 to 1, spray on, and then wipe over with a terry cloth while wet, I was getting better results. I consider good results to be the following. After coming off the track, if I wait approximately 30 minutes and let mud dry some, I can rattle or slap a body part and the mud will dislodge and fall loose. Later when washing the remnant staining washes away easily with a pressure washer and does not require physical abrasion with a cloth or sponge to remove.
