Customers appreciate the product's compatibility and functionality with their Model A's. The spring is notably soft, an aspect some users considered positive. Some found it necessary to add spring spacers for better height or additional leafs for more stiffness, reaffirming its flexibility and user-adaptability. Its capacity to accommodate customer-specific modifications sets it above competitors, underpinning repeated purchases.
