I needed to mount a license plate to the front of my 67 Beetle and was struggling with the options available without drilling holes in new bumpers. I came across these and thought I needed the mount hole to be 1 1/8" these are 1 3/4". I made them work with a temporary wrap of rubber sheet to make up the difference. Until I can find aluminum bushings that work and clean up my temp install. I knew this when I ordered them and I was not disappointed with the quality of the product they delivered.

I did not want to put front license plate on my T-Bucket but 5 O are taking people to jail for not having one in this area. This was the best way I could find to mount one. I was concerned that it might not hold but it clams down and holds well. I did have to add washers between the license plate and the bracket to compensate for the lip on the plate. the polish job was well done as well.

Nice piece but doesn't come in 1 1/2 which i bought for my 32 american graffiti tribute so had to add some rubber to reduce the size from 1 3/4 to 1 1/2 . WISH THEY MAKE IN 1 1/2

Perfectly complimented my vision. Which was to relocate my front license plate (NY) to my rally light bar(brush guard). Needed the factory mounting holes for a bracket for grille guard. Absolutely beautifully made and look tremendous !
