That’s about the time everyone realizes that older original equipment and aftermarket gauges with pipe thread senders and connectors will not plug into the LS platform of engines. Water temp and oil pressure ports on the Gen IV engines are a metric straight thread with an o ring seal. Speedway has you covered, as usual, with these easy adaptors to make your gauges work.
