The final piece of our LS fan relay wiring kit is the LS specific direct thread brass temperature switch. Most electric fan relay kit options on the market use a standard NPT thread temperature switch and they just toss in a brass adapter bushing. The bushing, while a serviceable option, often creates issues with placing the sensor too high (hitting external engine obstructions) and causing temperature reading issues. Our LS swap electric fan temperature switch is machined for the correct 12mm x 1.5 LS thread of the OEM cooling system port, providing a direct thread installation without the need for any bushings/adapters. The all-brass temperature switch is pre-set to turn your fan(s) on at 205 degrees F and off at 185 degrees F (±5). This ensures that your LS operates in the optimal temperature window that the engine was designed for.

Choose from a single or dual fan relay kit. All components are the same, however the dual electric fan relay kit includes two of the T-shaped fan connector harnesses, whereas the single electric fan relay kit ships with just one fan connector.
