The Kirkey Racing 96 Series Seat Kit is a high-performance SFI 39.2-rated aluminum containment seat designed for Dirt Late Models and IMCA Modifieds, offering five years of certification for top-tier safety. Featuring an 18° layback design and available in 14” to 18.5” hip widths, this seat eliminates the need for custom fitting with its adjustable three-piece construction, allowing 4” total vertical adjustment—3” in the torso and 1” for the head restraint. The head restraint provides 2” of forward-to-aft adjustment and rotates to enhance peripheral vision. Reinforced bottom, shoulders, and head restraints boost structural strength, while upholstered padding reduces vibration and impact. The contoured seat bottom supports hips and thighs, eliminating dead air spaces, while a built-in leg separator offers additional stability during high-G cornering. Designed for easy assembly with connector brackets and nut certs, the redesigned shoulder restraint provides more arm clearance, making it a comfortable, high-impact-resistant choice for serious racers.
