Does this bracket accept a heim joint with a 3/4 " hole and what is the tube diameter for the clamp?

What size heim joint does this fit. Also, what size frame rail does it fit? Have a dwarf car with a 1-1/4" frame rail to which the panhard bar is attached. Do you have a panhard bracket to fit that size frame rail? Also, the heim joint is attached using a 1/2" dia. bolt.
