Ididit 1150658030 Retrofit 1967-72 Chevy Truck Steering Column

This retrofit column is specifically designed to fit your rack & pinion system for your 1967-72 Chevy Truck and does NOT require modification to your original vehicle to install. This column is made shorter to lessen the angle of the u-joints. Install your new steering column in place of the old using the original under dash mount and floor mount. A neutral safety switch is included and the shift pattern on the column allows you to either use a 3 or 4-speed automatic transmission. A shift linkage is required for installation and will attach to the lower shift arm provided on the column. A wiring harness adaptor is also included with this column. Using an adaptor, add an aftermarket wheel and the gripping surface of the new wheel will be in the same location as the original.
