Ididit 1130651020 Details

Wouldn't a tilt column be nice in your 1947-1954 Chevy/GMC pickup? These Ididit columns are a bolt-in job that comes with the column drop and floor mount. The wiring is the standard 3-7/8" GM style and they have the common 1" DD shaft. If you are running a stock steering box you will have to modify the shaft to 3/4" DD and use our coupler 446-5249.

Unfortunately I did not install, it did not have a shift indicator on the column so I went a different direction.

Should you use a 30" or 33" steering column for a '49 GMC 1/2 ton truck? I have the speedway mustang 2 front end with power steering. I was wondering what the correct size column I should use. It appears that you have both a 30" and 33" column for the '47-54 GM trucks. Thanks for your advice.
