Good quality

I had trouble installing these studs as others have, I also stripped out several nuts. I bought a 3/4 inch bolt and nut, cut down the bolt to 1 1/4 inch long, drill a hole in the center and used a tap to thread the hole to 3/8-24. I used this and was easily able to get the rest of the studs pulled through my housing which is 5/16 inch thick with no damage to the threads. It was worth the effort to make this tool, I wish Speedway would sell something like this.

This review is just for the carrier studs.

The splines on the studs are either to large or the holes in the housing are to small. I ruined three grade 5 nuts and four grade 8 nuts trying to pull the studs thru the holes. These studs are tough. Tech support did finally agree to send me a new set of studs and these seemed to pull easier, but still I ruined four grade 8 nuts.
