I chose this regulator because there are not many options available that will cover the range of adjustment I need that are also priced competitively. I had two issues that I felt were worth sharing. Both issues are related to the bracket and mounting hardware provided. The fasteners supplied with the mounting bracket that are intended to mount the bracket to the car cannot be used as the heads of the screws contact the body of the regulator, and cause misalignment with the holes that are intended to be used to mount the regulator to the bracket. I re-drilled the bracket and used a machine screw with a smaller head to mount the bracket and alleviate this fouling. The bigger problem was that the holes in the bottom of the regulator body were not tapped. The kit included 10-24 machine screws to bolt the regulator to the bracket. The holes had no threads and were too large to tap to 10-24. I had to go up to a 1/4-20 in order to get sufficient thread depth in the holes. If I wanted to deal with this type of headache I would have bought a cheaper "made who knows where" amazon/ebay special. Disappointed that Holley puts their name on something of this low quality.
