Grant Products 3294 Details

This is the standard Grant steering wheel installation kit for Ford steering columns. These kits may be used to install all Classic Series, Challenger Series or Signature Series steering wheels. Each kit contains complete step-by-step instructions, a die cast hub, Grade 5 hardware and matte black trim pieces.

Great product for the price

I bought this kit to install a vintage 3 spoke wood steering wheel in my 1969 mustang. It comes with great directions for an easy install that include pictures. The discription says it's a complete install kit but doesn't include a horn button. I would have ordered or it at the same time if I knew it wasn't included.

Not the best product

Steering wheel hub did not fit my Speedway steering column spline so was forced to use old hub which led to having to modify the pieces or return it and order again and end up with the same problem. Used one piece of the kit, the contact plate and had to modify it.

The wires were 22 gauge which is not enough to handle 10 amp fuse I re soldered 16 gauge wires and all is good

if i buy this kit for my 73 F-100 what do i need to attach horn button as Functual horn button ? This question is assuming Grant 502 wheel with 3/4 I.D. fits. I already bought wheel not knowing spline,etc.

Is this adpter tapered on the bottom side? I have a 1949 Ford F-1 pickup. It has the 40 spline shaft with NO key way. However, the shaft is tapered below the splines.
