Straight forward, comes with everything. If you can't figure it out, probably shouldn't be doing it. Was worried springs would be too stiff but seem like they'll work well. I have a full iron Pontiac V8 so if you've got a small block with aluminum heads I'd probably pull a leaf or two.

Being a universal kit limits specific instructions but the ones that came were not very good. I.E. spindle king pin assembly was more for rebuilding old units. and steering arm interference with caliper on the ford setup . all of these are addressed on downloads but having them right in your hands would be much better.. individual hardware was clearly labeled. that was a big plus

Bought this kit about 7 months or so ago and am just now getting into installing the spindles onto the tube and I notice I do not have holes in axle boss for the king pin keeper. Unless I'm missing something or not understanding how this is supposed to go together. I notice in the picture it does not have a hole either but the pictures of the drop axles on here have the hole in them. Not sure what's going on here.

I am wondering if this kit could be used on a 61 Econoline truck. We were already going to do a disc brake conversion and this seems to make more sense being it would update alot of the suspension components as well. My concern is whether or not this would work with the econoline steering system.

So I just received the 50" ford spindle kit and was wondering if there's any better instructions available for this. Also do the hubs and king pins need additional machining or is the other paper for if you're using actual old ford spindles?

I am planning on going the gasser route with my 1964 Ford F100 Longbed and was wondering which kit do I need or since it has a buggy style front end do I just need to swap axles? Not sure the kits comes with a lot of good parts that I might not end up needing. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
