Problem-solving 700R Trans Mount

The 700R4 trans I was installing in my 46 International hotrod pickup came out of an 88 2WD Suburban and had a rear mounting pad with one bolt, most of the after-market crossmembers had 2 bolt holes so this mount with 2 bolts worked great. The old mount was kind of ratty anyway, so it was a no-brainer to buy the new one.

product not machined correct

Transmission mount is a good poly mount. The only flaw is the bolt holes tapped in to the mount were tapped crocked. They will work, but are border line. I am sure they are not made in the USA. I did not contact speedway about them. Like I said they are borderline.

Installing a T5 conversion into my '51 AD and decided to go ahead and install a bushing and support while under there for an extra $150 and hour of work....Quality appears desirable, although Chinese made. My needs are not critical for this item, so I am happy with what it is.
