Used this on a LM7 swap and my 87 El Camino. Along with the Holly plug that has a single yellow wire and resistor in it. I used it with my Aces jackpot EFI system, connected the yellow wire to a key on and it is working perfectly.

I needed a bigger alternator for running an electric fan conversion, a 10,000 warn winch and an electric cooler and the set up was bogging down my stock radiator to bad to run the winch. The new alternator dropped right in the stock location I did the big 3 wiring upgrade and now I'm making plenty of of power. Oh yeah and don't mind the picture half of my engine is missing due to doing a Cam swap and replacing all my gaskets lol
