If you dont want to spend and arm and a leg on a rear disc brake kit and still have to weld the bracket on, weve got you covered. This kit includes two bolt-on caliper brackets, two 11-5/8" vented rotors, two GM emergency brake calipers, brake pads and hardware.

  • 5 on 4-3/4" bolt circle
  • Fits over an axle with a maximum flange diameter of 6" O.D.
  • 2.872" rotor center hole
  • Requires the use of 16" wheels as this kit has a minimum 14-5/8" I.D. for caliper clearance 

Replacement vented iron 11-5/8" O.D. brake rotor for GM rear axles.

  • Center Hole:  2.782"
  • Backspace:  1.75"
  • Thickness:  .782"
  • Axle Flange Maximum Diameter:  6"
  • Bolt Pattern:  5 on 4-3/4"

These 1978-up GM Metric calipers accept either GM or Lokar type emergency brake cables. The fluid inlets are tapped to accept 7/16-20 banjo fittings. Includes the bracket to attach the emergency brake cable, slider bolts, and brake pads.

The bleeder hole is 10mm x 1.5. If speed bleeders are needed, use our part number 6173958. Mount bolt spacing is 5.45".

Have no regrets for this purchase. It was fairly cheap for a disc conversion w/ E brake but I think the kit needs to also include brake lines to tie back into the system. The installation was very easy and well thought out. The instructions are brief but understandable for any one who decides on buying the conversion.
