Frame Mounting Plates

Weld-on plate with heavy, machined steel, tapered sleeve to accept radius rods using 11/16” Ford style tie rod ends with a 7 degree taper. Designed to weld inside frame rail via a thick radiused fish-plate, allowing just the clean circular face of the collar to protrude. Perfect for split wishbones and hairpin radius rods. Sold as a pair.

Tie Rods (2)

Replace those sloppy worn out tie rods with our new replacements. Original equipment on 1948-1964 Ford half-ton pickups, but these tie rod ends can be used for multiple applications other than Ford trucks. Not for use with flat steering arms. Use only with Ford type steering arms with a tapered hole. Not normally used with Chevy spindles.

 

Jam Nuts (2)

Plain steel fine thread jam nuts for use with rod ends, heim joints, and clevis.

 

Steel Bungs (2)

Heavy duty steel weld bungs for splitting wishbones, custom tie rods or custom suspension control arms. These weld bungs are 1” O.D. (0.975") where they slide into the steel 1" I.D. tubing.
