Speedway Motors 91633024 Details
Use with original or reproduction Model "T" thru 34 Ford front crossmembers. Includes two stainless steel U-bolts with nuts, one plain steel spacer plate and one plain steel lower bracket.
Note: Only the bolts are stainless, the clamping plate and leaf spacer are regular steel. Apply an anti-seize compound to ensure that the threads are not damaged upon assembly.

Needs work
I tried to use this on my '34 Ford pickup. The stainless u-bolts galled on installation and were unusable. The holes in the spacers are too small for either the stock spring or the aftermarket spring. After further investigation, the description on the u-bolts says to use anti-seize. It says nothing about it in the instructions or the kit description.

Bought to replace the painted one I already had, when I changed out the front spring. The plates had to be painted and all the holes drilled and elongated to allow the u bolts to fit. Shouldn't have been necessary to elongate holes.

I build my own frame for my 29 model A. I used the speed way 32 ford cross member is this the bolt kit I need for the transvers leaf spring? I see is says model T-1934. I assume there all the same fitting spring to crossmember...?
