I purchased two of these, one came in ok and the other the threads were damaged, not from handling, it seemed like a machining/manufacturing issue. The threads look terrible, even on the one that worked. I sent the bad one back and received a new one, it was also no good, I had to run a die over the threads to get it to work. If I wasn't in a time crunch I would have bought a different part. This is not the quality I expected from Earls.
